  • Organizational Development Services, including but not limited to organizational culture leadership alignment, cultural integration during mergers and acquisitions, change management, end-user training, knowledge management, and project management.
  • Customized Strategies, including but not limited to trade and marketing tailoring, in-depth research studies, economic impact studies, logistics, distribution, and government relations.
  • Communications Services, including designing and executing social media campaigns; directing activities among volunteers and staff across blogs and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Yelp, and Google+) to expand brand recognition, supporter loyalty, and website traffic while maintaining web editorial and branding best practices; working with teams across the organization to keep web content updated and relevant; email marketing.
